Leadership effectiveness is the most significant factor in organizational effectiveness, and although literature on leadership is growing exponentially, there is little consensus around leadership definitions. In response to the growing demand for capable leaders of Christian, a group of Christian leaders developed a research based comprehensive leadership framework to assist in the process of growing effective Christian school Leaders.

School of leader must go beyond a personal commitment to Christ to a daily, personal, Spirit led walk with Christ that demonstrates the fruit of the Spirit. (Galatians 5:22-26).

Every Christian leader should see Jesus Christ as the ultimate example of leadership, and Christ both taught and modelled servant leadership. (Mark 10:41-45; John 13:12-17)

“Everything rises and falls in leadership. We need leaders who will be sober minded, those that will be consistent and who will face circumstances body. Leaders who will bring hope to the people of God because if we lack such people the world will be hopeless.” Dr Suoane Msomi
